Dr. Marcus Jean of Premier Smiles of Charlotte

Meet Dr. Marcus Jean

A Charlotte resident for the past 3 years, Dr. Jean was born in Boston but spent the first 10 years of his childhood in Haiti before settling in Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Florida and continued to Howard University where he completed a Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS).. Following dental school, Dr. Jean completed an intensive residency program at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in New York, where he gained advanced training in implant restoration, root canals, extractions and more. At Premier Smiles, Dr. Jean looks forward to combining all of his training and expertise in order to care for your every dental and oral health care needs.

Outside of the office, Dr. Jean enjoys staying active and works out regularly. An avid traveler, he has a goal to visit a new country each year and spends time traveling to visit family and friends whenever he can. Recent travels has taken him to Canada, Barbados and Colombia. Dr. Jean also likes to volunteer and give back. He is currently a Big Brother with the Big Brother Big Sister Program and has participated in 6 dental service trips to Haiti over the last few years.
